Once we receive your application, we’ll carefully review it and connect with the transferring school to gather more information if needed.
*If your student has an IEP, we will need to set up a team meeting with the case manager at your student’s school and review the IEP to check if we can meet all the student’s needs in an online setting.
Please note that this extra step might extend the enrollment process for a few more days.
If approved, we’ll connect with the prior school and transfer the student to Digital Discovery. No more paperwork is needed.
Students and families will need to meet with their assigned Digital Discovery counselor to set up their schedule for the rest of the Quarter or Semester (depending on when they’re transferring).
Once we receive your application, we’ll carefully review it and check if the student is in good standing with their previous school. “Good standing” means meeting our expectations about attendance, academics, and discipline.

If approved, we’ll notify the family and send them an email that includes all the paperwork that they need to fill out.
Student Placement will review all the paperwork and the Digital Discovery Office Manager will enroll the student.
